To change the volume, click once on the Ear. A Plug will pop in to indicate that the volume is at the lowest level. You can keep clicking the mouse, or just hold the mouse down to increase the volume gradually; the change in volume is indicated by the plug's position away from the ear (you'll also hear the change as you're adjusting it). Any change in volume that you have made will be saved for future start-ups.
